When is check-in and check-out?

Are pets welcome?
- Absolutely! We charge a modest pet deposit of $50 per stay.
What if I need to cancel?
- Life happens! You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival day.
Do you provide room service?
- Yes, room service is provided by our on-site restaurant The Boathouse. More Info about room service
Do you have accessible rooms?
- Yes indeed, we want everyone to enjoy their stay. We have three rooms also fitted with roll-in showers. More Info about Accessible Rooms
What about parking?
- For a small daily fee of $13 per vehicle plus applicable taxes, we feature an onsite covered parkade.
How far is downtown New Westminster?
- It’s just a 5-minute stroll away! Get ready to fall in love with our charming neighbourhood.
How long does it take to get to downtown Vancouver?
- If you have meetings or you’re wanting to explore the city, downtown Vancouver is just 25 minutes away via the Skytrain or a scenic 45-minute drive.
What's the payment policy?
- We love simplicity and security, so we accept credit cards exclusively.
Are there any taxes I should be aware of?
- Yes, there’s a 16% tax applicable.
